The French claim to make the best mustards in the world and, after tasting them, it's hard to argue with that claim. Dijon mustards are, of course, the favorite of chefs everywhere, but other mustards can be equally delicious; we especially love the Pommery Moutarde de Meaux, that hauntingly earthy grained mustard in the stone crock (PMM100).
