The Proper Mustard
Online Newsletter

Yellow Journalism at its Best! The Proper Mustard is the official newsletter of the Naional Mustard Museum. It comes out every Tuesday. The editor-in-chief is Museum Curator, Barry Levenson (Classical High School, 1966). You can get your free e-mail version . . . [More].

National Mustard Day

National Mustard Day is celebrated at the Mustard Museum annually the first Saturday in August. [More About the Big Event ]

World-Wide Mustard Competition

Our Museum Curator, Barry Levenson, serves as the Coordinating Judge for the Mustard Industry's biggest competition the World-Wide Mustard Competition. The preliminary rounds are held in Middleton with final judging at the annual Napa Valley Mustard Festival. Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals are awarded in 14 different categories. The Grand Champion mustard is selected from the gold medal winners.

 

We're open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., seven days a week (except New Years, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas).
