The traditional malt vinegar the British use on their fish and chips. Can also be used for pickling fish and vegetables. Has a richness and character unique to itself. Clean slightly fruity aroma with lemon undertones.

Ingredients: Vinegar, diluted with artesian well water to 5 % acidity.
