A blend of blackberries, clover honey, tangy mustard and whole mustard seeds make for a distinctive taste. Use as a baste for poultry and pork. Mix with a fruity vinegar and grapeseed oil to produce a sweet hot dressing especially good on cole slaw. Use as a dip for pretzels and egg rolls.
