Thursday Cottage Passionfruit Curd
SALE! Best By date of June 2008 but these are fabulous now and for well after June. We love to spoon this into already made tart shells. Easy and delish. (Top with a single blueberry for that elegant touch.) Limited quantities at this price.
The English have enjoyed the delights of curd for a long time. It finally made its way across the ocean to us. The passion fruit makes this curd especially soft and sweet.
Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Pasteurized Fresh Free Range Eggs, Passion Fruit Juice, Butter, Lemon Juice,Citrus Pectin.d.
