Thursday Cottage Passionfruit Curd
We love to spoon this into already made tart shells. Easy and delish. (Top with a single blueberry for that elegant touch.) Limited quantities.
The English have enjoyed the delights of curd for a long time. It finally made its way across the ocean to us. The passion fruit makes this curd especially soft and sweet.
Ingredients: Cane Sugar, Pasteurized Fresh Free Range Eggs, Passion Fruit Juice, Butter, Lemon Juice,Citrus Pectin.d.
