Busha Browne's Spicy Jerk Sauce
An authentic blend of herbs and spices to create a "HOT" marinade. The tradition of Jerking is unique to Jamaica,originally applied to wild Boar in the 17th century. Good with wild meat, chicken or fish.
Ingredients: Scallions, Hot Peppers, Allspice, Cane Vinegar, Citric Acid.
