The slightly sweet, slightly hot flavor makes this mustard with chunks of jalapenos a must. Fantastic on biscuits, grilled cheese and even hot dogs (we like kosher hot dogs for best flavor). Mix with cream cheese and diced onions for a bagel spread. Use amply for that bone suckin' mustard flavor.
