Vilux Green Peppercorn Mustard (7 Oz)
Leave it to the French to make a spirited green peppercorn mustard and this is one of the best. Perfect for grilled meats.
Recipe suggestion: pan sear a pair of rib-eye steaks. Remove from pan, along with excess fat. Deglaze pan with wine. Add 1 cup heavy cream and reduce over high heat, til half its original volume and thick. Off heat, stir in 1 tbsp Vilux Green Peppercorn mustard and voila!
Ingredients: Water, black mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, citric acid, whole mustard seeds.
