French Farm Mustard with Truffle
The exquisite black truffles of Perigord is what makes this moutarde so special, so rare, and so delicious. A dollop of this next to a perfectly seared peice of prime beef is a plate filled with delight.
If you want a real splurge, may we suggest the Pommery Moutarde Royale - another fine French mustard, this one made with cognac? (Item #PMM125)
Ingredients: Water, mustard seeds, vinegar, salt, sugar, truffles from Perigord (1.2%), preservative (sodium bisulfate).
