Elizabethan Pantry Tewksbury Mustard
"His wit's as thick as Tewksbury mustard..." So wrote Shakespeare (Henry IV, Part II) because the Bard did indeed love his mustard. In England, Tewksbury mustard means a smooth horseradish mustard and this update version of this classic will not disappoint.
Ingredients: water, mustard flour, white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, horseradish powder, red wine, mustard bran, wheat flour, salt, garlic.
