Fox Meadow Farm Chablis Dijon Mustard
This is very strange - a Dijon style mustard made in Vermont with a crisp Chablis taste. Strange but very good. Added to oil and vinegar, it makes a very lively vinaigrette dressing (add a pinch of salt and pepper). Like they say: "Who knew?"
Ingredients: Mustard Flour, Vinegar, Cider Vinegar, White Wine, Sugar and Spices.
