Presiding over the Museum is its wacky creator, Curator Barry Levenson, aka "Captain Mustard" and aka "The Mustard Man" who coincidentally is Dean of Poupon U. Peppered throughout the Museum and the Mustard and Gourmet Foods Emporium Gift Shop are slogans and antidotes designed to ward off evil spirits from the Land of Red who aim to keep America dining with ordinary condiments.
