Hit & Run Horseradish Dip


Ingredients:
  • 1/4  cup  Olive oil
  • 1/4  cup  Cider vinegar
  • 1  cup  Sour cream
  • 1  tablespoon  Hit & Run Horseradish Mustard*
  • 1/4  cup  Honey
  • 3  Cloves garlic
  •   Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a blender or mini-processor until smooth and well blended. Yield: about 1 1/2 cups

* You can use Brown or Yellow Hit & Run Mustard, or the Sinus Searing Horseradish.
