Chopped parsley

Chopped or sun-dried tomatoes (or to taste)

Lindah's Hot-N-Sweet Mustard

Directions:

Stir hummus, water and olive oil with whisk until well blended. Wait 5 minutes and add the parsley, mustard and tomatoes. A great dip or spread, it is also good on sandwiches, pita bread, crackers, bread sticks, pretzels and raw veggies.
