Terrapin Ridge Smokey Onion Mustard

Slices multi-grain bread
- 1
Head Boston lettuce, washed and dried
- 2
tablespoon
Butter, optional

Directions:

Combine the first five ingredients to make the sald and refrigerate until cold. Toast bread, then butter (optional). Spread salad on one slice of buttered toast. Place lettuce leaf over salad. Top with second peice of buttered toast. Serve immediately. Salad also makes an excellent appetizer served with crackers, bread rounds, or raw vegatables. Makes 4 sandwiches.
