Slices sourdough bread

Slices Roma tomato

Directions:

Set a quarter cup of Terrapin Ridge Caesar Mustard aside. Marinate chicken breasts in the remaining Terrapin Ridge Caesar Mustard for one hour. Light grill or preheat broiler. When grill or broiler is hot, cook chicken breast until done, about five minutes per side. Toast sourdough bread on grill or under broiler. Spread toast with mayonnaise. Lay one chicken breast each on the four slices of toasted sourdough bread. Next, layer on romaine lettuce leaves and tomato slices. Spread reserved Terrapin Ridge Caesar Mustard on remaining four slices of toasted sourdough bread and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Then, place the four top slices of sourdough bread on the sandwiches and serve immediately. Makes 4 sandwiches/
