Slices Bermuda or red onion

Slices tomato

Thinly sliced lox or smoked salmon

Directions:

Cut bagels in half horizontally and toast if desired. Spread each half of bagel with two tablespoons cream cheese. Top each half with one slice of onion, one slice of tomato, and two slices of lox or smoked salmon. Garnish each with one tablespoon of Terrapin Ridge Sweet Beet and Horseradish Mustard and sprinkle with capers. Makes 4 servings.
