Creamy Hurtin' Habenero Guacamole

Ingredients:
  • 2  Ripe
  • 2  tablespoon  Freshly
  • 3  Green
  • 1/4  cup  Light
  • 1  Small
  • 1-2  teaspoon  Dave's
  • 1/2  teaspoon  Coarse
  •   Fresh
Directions:
Using a sharp knife, cut avocados in half. Remove pits. Scoop out flesh into medium bowl. Mash to desired consistency with fork or potato masher.

Stir in lime juice, chopped tomato, green onions, sour cream, mustard and salt. Mix well. Add pepper; taste and adjust seasonings. (Adding more mustard will increase heat.)

Refrigerate until serving (gives flavors time to meld).

Mrs. Mustard says keep it easy - any type of tomato or onion will work. And if you don't have limes, use a lemon.

Note: Though the lime juice helps prevent discoloration, it is best to make this within an hour of serving.
