Roasted Chicken With Cranberry


Ingredients:
  • 8  Slices country style bread
  • 1/2  cup  Terrapin Ridge Orange Cranberry Mustard
  • 1/2  cup  Cream cheese, softned
  • 1  lb  Roasted chicken breast meat, sliced
  • 4  Leaves of romaine lettuce, cleaned
Directions:
Toast bread. Spread four slices of toast with Terrapin Ridge Orange Cranberry Mustard. Spread cream cheese on the other four slices of toast. Layer chicken breast meat on top of cream cheese. Top with romaine lettuce leaves. Top with other slices of toast, mustard side down. Makes 4 sandwiches.
