Willamette Valley Curry Mustard Sauce

Yougurt, mayo, or sour cream (ok to use low fat or no fat)
- 1/4

Raisins
- 1
cup
Cooked white rice

Directions:

Blend everything together, chill, and serve. Suggested garnishes: chopped cashews, almonds, or grapes.
You can omit the rice for the makings of a terrific turkey salad sandwich. You can also use chicken or lamb in place of turkey.
