How to Calculate Shipping
We generally ship by UPS ground service or the United States Postal Service, unless an expedited shipping method has been selected. If you select UPS Ground the following shipping rates apply:
Total per Address Shipping Charge
Up to $14.99 $6.50
$15 to 34.99 $7.50
$35 to 54.99 $8.50
$55 to 74.99 $9.50
$75 to 94.99 $10.50
$95 and over 11% of merchandise total

If you require delivery to a PO Box . . . your shipment will need to be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Depending on the weight of your box, the above shipping charges may change. The shopping cart will calculate shipping charges.

Inaccurate Shipping Addresses
UPS charges us a fee for each incorrectly addressed parcel. If you are sending a gift to another person, take care to insure you have the exact address. Otherwise if the package is returned to us or the UPS shipping center, we may have to charge you an additional shipping fee.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via the United States Postal Service, unless you select an expedited shipping method. The shopping cart will calculate shipping charges.

Expedited Shipments
We also provide expedited shipping via United Parcel Service or the United States Postal Service. Options for expedited shipping are Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Three Day Select. The shopping cart will calculate shipping charges.

International Shipments
Yes, even folks outside the United States need mustard. All International shipments are shipped via the United States Postal Service. The shopping cart will calculate shipping charges; unfortunately, it is unlikely that the shopping cart will calculate shipping charges correctly. If you place an order for an International shipment, you can expect a phone call or an e-mail message from us notifying you of the exact shipping charge.

Order Processing and Delivery Times
We generally (greater than 95% of the time) ship orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends. That being said, there is the matter of the annual holiday rush and occasional out-of-stock items which can compromise our good intentions. If your order will be held up for more than 5 days we will attempt to contact you. Shipping typically takes between 1 to 4 days (weekends and holidays not included) depending on how far you are from Wisconsin.
