Classic Green Peppercorn Mustard

Pommery is truly the classic green peppercorn mustard. The flavor and aroma of green peppercorn is not overshadowed by the sharper taste and pungency of mustard. Buy it, but use it. This mustard ages like guacamole, although not as quickly. The color goes brown and the flavor becomes muddy. I wish Pommery would replace its signature plastic stopper; it is hard to remove the plastic stopper without the lid tearing away from the stopper.
