When I got this set, the first mustard I tried was the brown. Neeedless to say, it was the hottest horseradish mustard I've ever tasted! Expecting the yellow to be just as good, I was disappointed. No tears, no burn, nothing! The set does make a good gift (even if the yellow is not up to par with the rest).
Ed. We have upped the intensity of the yellow.
