This is not the best mustard I will ever try. A good Dijon can't be beat. This brown mustard is between a creamy mustard and a coarse-ground mustard, which contributes to its unique taste that hints of celery seed. The more I use this natural and honest mustard, the more I like it and want to keep it in on hand. Considering its low price, this must be one of the umpteen mustards that any self-respecting yuppie keeps in the fridge.
