Simple, But Sophisticated

Don't be put off by the bright green color! This mustard is a balanced blend of fresh mustard and tarragon flavors. Fallot's tarragon mustard is an excellent example of how a sophisticated mustard is produced by a simple blending of good Dijon and a fresh herb. Fallot is far superior, in my experience, to Delouis Fils.
