It appears that the Mustard Museum's cupboard is bare of Pommery's classic green peppercorn mustard. Because Pommery's short shelf life too often produced a mustard with a muddy color and taste, I have been looking for an alternative. Fallot is it! Not a classic, but a fresh tasting green peppercorn mustard to which you can entrust a seared steak or a sauce made from pan juices, butter, and cream. Superior to Delouis Fils.
